We currently do not ship internationally on physical products. We do however deliver digital contents via link or email

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Standard delivery applies. STAR shipping is usually located within NYC or Rockland county and includes free delivery of items. Some items may come from different countries and therefore might take long than usual. Please be patient as we try our best to provide the best shipping and experience as possible.

Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

In it's simplest form, use our vendor search or imall product search to add the desired products to the card and followed with checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact the vendor or iMall Trade to arrange Cancellation or Changes to orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, however as a returning customer we provide better service for tracking and future orders.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will provide tracking via Vendor option or contact iMall Trade. Shipment tracking is currently under construction until further notice.

How Can I Return a Product?

Please contact iMall Trade prior to returning the product to determine if the issue is with defective item or not. We will determine root cause and process RMA if the item is found defective within 30 days. Anything beyond 30 days, customers will have to go through manufacturer.
